School Workshops

With the support of the Heritage Lottery Fund we were able to provide exciting and informative workshops for children. Each had a local focus and engaged children in a practical exploration of what it would have been like during WW1.

All workshops were extremely well received by all three participating schools and pupils have written about their experiences in the different sections below. In all, about 150 pupils were able to benefit from these workshops, thanks to the generosity of the Heritage Lottery Fund.
